Waffle Castle is hiring a Store Manager to manage daily store operations, prepare products, lead the team, and drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and staff.
- Prepare waffles and beverages as per SOPs.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle inventory, stock, and cash operations.
- Execute and follow up on marketing and promotional activities.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain operational reports.
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in QSR, waffle , café, and restaurant.
- Hands-on experience in food preparation preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
