Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to lead and oversee factory operations in the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and leading teams to achieve business objectives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the factory.
- Ensure maximum production efficiency, product quality, and profitability.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational performance.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and production schedules.
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams for smooth factory operation
Pay: ₹12,346.07 - ₹25,069.84 per month
