The Senior Site Engineer – Civil is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil construction activities at the project site. The role involves ensuring that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Review construction drawings and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the design team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement quality control procedures.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines at the site.
- Verify measurements and certify contractor bills in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Plan manpower, equipment, and resources required for daily site activities.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
- Attend project review meetings and provide regular updates on project status.
- Identify construction risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
