Job Summary
PSRC is looking for a highly organized and computer-proficient Operations & MIS Assistant to support the Operations Manager in handling day-to-day operational activities.
The role will primarily involve laptop-based work, Excel tracking, MIS reporting, data management, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination. The candidate should be comfortable working with large amounts of data and maintaining accurate trackers.
We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual who can help ensure that important tasks, follow-ups, and operational activities are properly tracked and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update various Excel trackers and operational records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track pending activities, bills, payments, documents, and other operational requirements.
- Maintain proper records of follow-ups and ensure pending tasks are regularly monitored.
- Assist in preparing professional emails, reports, summaries, and other business communications.
- Collect, organize, and verify data received from internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain proper digital filing and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments and team members for required information and updates.
- Prepare data and summaries for meetings and management review.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of operational information.
- Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Identify pending items and proactively follow up to ensure timely closure.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Email, and other basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Filters, and Conditional Formatting will be preferred.
- Good typing and data management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Candidate
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Operations, Administration, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent Excel and computer skills may also apply.
- Candidates who are organized, responsible, and comfortable working with data and trackers will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
