Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating appointments, following up with leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the branch in achieving consultation and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing leads.
- Follow up with inquiries, missed calls, RNR (Ring No Response), and callback leads.
- Convert leads into consultation appointments.
- Explain clinic services, offers, and treatment benefits professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth appointment management.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or healthcare sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business).
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, slimming, beauty, or fitness industries.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
