Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting Uniservice Facility Management services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Facility Management industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, references, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients in Corporate Offices, IT Companies, Manufacturing Industries, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Commercial Buildings, and Residential Communities.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their facility management requirements.
- Promote Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, including:
- Housekeeping Services
- Security Services
- Technical Maintenance (MEP)
- Pest Control
- Pantry Services
- Landscaping
- Payroll & Staffing Solutions
- Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating with the operations team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely communication.
Market Research
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Identify new business opportunities across various industries.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to generate leads.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain daily sales activity reports and lead trackers.
- Update CRM/Excel with client information, meeting outcomes, and follow-up schedules.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA in Marketing.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Facility Management, Security Services, Housekeeping, Manpower Services, or Staffing Industry is preferred.
Required Skills
