Job Description
MediGrow Solutions is looking for an HR Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of HR or Recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintaining employee records
- Supporting HR operations and employee engagement activities
Work Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
