Job Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Analytics Team! This role is integral to supporting the analytics enablement team in delivering strategic insights and data-driven solutions. As part of the broader analytics organization customer analytics drives scalable practices that foster customer-centric innovation across brand and consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail initiatives. Work location: Bangalore Responsibilities: - Analytics Implementation: Proficiency in implementing analytics solutions that support business decision-making processes is essential. - Statistical and Machine Learning Expertise: A strong understanding of various statistical methods and machine learning models including linear regression non-linear regression mixed models and Bayesian models is crucial for data analysis and interpretation. - Data Interpretation Skills: Excellent data interpretation skills to draw meaningful insights and conclusions from complex datasets. - Customer Level Data Analysis: Knowledge of analyzing customer/shopper level data will add significant value to the role. - Visualization Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau as well as proficient use of MS Excel for delivering insights and results. - Strategic Insights Delivery: Collaborate with the analytics enablement team to provide actionable insights that inform business strategies and enhance decision-making processes. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of analytics solutions across the organization.
