Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to manage initial client interactions, generate leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, lead management abilities, and knowledge of real estate sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries regarding real estate projects.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and amenities to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and improve conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign support and lead tracking.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead status reports.
- Build positive relationships with potential customers and channel partners.
- Ensure timely response to all customer queries and maintain high service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry and property sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or telesales preferred.
- Knowledge of property CRM systems is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, or customer support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
