The GeM & CPPP Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end government procurement activities through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), and other e-tendering portals. The role includes tender identification, bid preparation, product catalog management, order execution, documentation, compliance, and payment followup.
- Monitor GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals daily for relevant tenders.
- Analyze tender eligibility, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.
- Manage GeM product catalog creation, updates, pricing, and compliance.
- Participate in Reverse Auctions (RA) and online bidding.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Process Purchase Orders (POs) received through GeM/CPPP.
- Ensure timely dispatch, invoicing, and documentation.
- Track deliveries, inspections, acceptance, and payment status.
- Maintain EMD, Performance Security, OEM Authorizations, and statutory documents.
- Respond to buyer queries, corrigenda, and clarification requests.
- Keep updated with GeM policies, CPPP guidelines, and government procurement rules.
- Maintain MIS reports for bids submitted, won, lost, pending orders, and revenue.
- Develop relationships with Government Departments, PSUs, Railways, Defence, and other procurement agencies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Janakpuri, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
