As the Digital Marketing Delivery Lead, you will oversee the delivery of multi-channel digital marketing programs, providing comprehensive oversight of end-to-end systems and workflows. Your role encompasses managing the tools, governance, and orchestration that drive seamless execution across digital campaigns and initiatives.
Act as the internal subject matter expert for digital marketing operations, with expertise spanning paid, social, owned, and performance channels.
Oversee the complete execution of digital marketing projects, including campaign management, social media activation, paid media coordination, landing page development, content publishing, tagging, quality assurance, and reporting.
Serve as the primary regional or global SPOC for digital requirements, ensuring clarity around scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate effectively across Digital, Creative, Content, Analytics, Martech, Campaigns, and external partners for successful project outcomes.
Deliver regular project status updates, identifying blockers, risks, optimization opportunities, and decision needs.
Ensure all digital assets, campaigns, and web pages adhere to quality standards, brand guidelines, accessibility, and governance requirements.
Collaborate with analytics teams to support performance marketing through KPIs, dashboards, insights, optimization, and reporting.
Maintain and enhance operational workflows, delivery fframeworks, and governance structures to drive efficiency.
Develop and manage project documentation, including briefs, scopes, trackers, workflows, runbooks, and closure documents.
Partner with leadership and capability teams to represent Digital Delivery in capability showcases, new business pitches, and transformation efforts.
