We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions leveraging GenAI, LLMs, and workflow orchestration technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI-driven automation, API integrations, and scalable enterprise solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions for enterprise workflows
- Integrate GenAI/LLM capabilities into business applications and automation platforms
- Build and optimize AI agents, prompt engineering workflows, and RAG-based solutions
- Develop scalable APIs and automation pipelines using Python/JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Work on workflow orchestration, intelligent process automation, and system integrations
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of automation solutions
- Stay updated with emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend best practices
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python and/or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG frameworks
- Experience in API development and integrations
- Understanding of AI agent frameworks and enterprise AI solutions
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Good to Have
- Exposure to RPA tools or workflow automation platforms
- Experience with vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant experience in AI Automation / GenAI / Intelligent Automation solutions
