Role and Responsibility:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain daily interview pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Communicate job details, company information, and interview updates to candidates.
- Track candidate status and maintain recruitment data/reports.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements and interview feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns when required.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Pay: ₹10,700.02 - ₹21,000.00 per month
