We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead B2B sales operations in the textile/garment manufacturing segment. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing key accounts, leading the sales team, and expanding the company’s presence across domestic and international markets.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with brands, wholesalers, and retailers
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Plan and conduct client meetings, factory visits, and business presentations
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams for smooth order execution
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews
