Job Summary
RUB-LE Furniture is looking for a dedicated and organized Office Admin to oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will coordinate with marketing staff, maintain office records, prepare reports, and support smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office activities
- Coordinate with marketing staff regarding inquiries, follow-ups, and updates
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure accurate data entry and record management
- Maintain office supplies and general office organization
- Assist in preparing documents, letters, and reports
- Ensure smooth and professional office operations
Requirements
- Higher Secondary / Diploma / Degree
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Office Applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
