Role: Sales Associate / Career Advisor (US IT Staffing)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with U.S.-based consultants and clients
- Explain our services clearly to potential candidates and partners
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closing
- Lead and attend client meetings via Google Meet
- Maintain accurate records of communications and pipeline
- Achieve monthly performance targets and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and leadership teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research, analyze data, and identify potential opportunities.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
