Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging sessions on Kitchen Safety & Hygiene, Basic Cooking Techniques, Knife Skills, Baking Fundamentals, World Cuisines, Nutrition, Food Presentation, and Menu Planning.
- Demonstrate practical cooking techniques while encouraging hands-on participation and creativity.
- Introduce students to ingredient identification, flavour combinations, food science basics, and sustainable cooking practices.
- Facilitate interactive activities, cooking challenges, recipe development, and team-based culinary projects.
- Guide students in building confidence, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving through culinary experiences.
Who Can Apply?
- Graduates or postgraduates in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food Production, or related disciplines.
- Professional chefs, culinary instructors, or individuals with hands-on kitchen experience.
- Candidates with formal or informal teaching, training, or workshop facilitation experience.
