Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Understand client requirements and collect business details.
- Assign qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain proper client records and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
