Position Overview:
We are seeking a Freshworks Solution Architect / Practice Lead to drive solution design, pre-sales, and delivery excellence for our Freshworks Practice. This role will provide architectural direction, manage customer engagements, and lead the internal enablement of consultants and developers.
Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end solution design for Freshservice, Freshdesk, Freshsales, and other modules

Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales for customer demos, proposals, and solution presentations

Guide implementation teams on best practices, integrations, and architecture decisions

Develop standard implementation accelerators, templates, and reusable frameworks

Build and mentor a strong Freshworks delivery team and oversee quality assurance

Engage with the Freshworks OEM team for joint go-to-market activities and solution alignment

Contribute to internal enablement programs and certification drives
Required Skills:

8–12 years total experience; minimum 3+ years in Freshworks platform (Freshservice, Freshdesk, or Freshsales)

Strong understanding of ITSM, CRM, and CX domains

Proven experience in solution design and pre-sales support

Hands-on experience in Freshworks configuration, API integrations, and FDP development oversight

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Certifications: Freshworks Architect or Product Expert certifications highly preferred
