Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, converting leads into customers, and building lasting relationships. If you're passionate about green living and enjoy meeting new people, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Present, promote, and sell terrace gardening products and services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gardening solutions.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Knowledge of gardening, landscaping, or eco-friendly products is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
