We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD & CNC Operator to design, program, and operate CNC bridge saw machines for marble and stone cutting. The candidate will be responsible for converting design drawings into machine-ready programs, ensuring precision cutting, and maintaining high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify 3D drawings using AutoCAD based on client requirements and site measurements
- Prepare CNC programs for bridge saw machines (cutting, shaping, polishing marble and stone)
- Operate CNC bridge saw and related machinery efficiently and safely
- Interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and cutting lists
- Optimize material usage and minimize wastage during cutting processes
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and tool selection
- Monitor cutting operations to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to meet project timelines
- Maintain records of drawings, programs, and production outputs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI/Certification in Mechanical, Civil, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D)
- Experience operating CNC machines, preferably bridge saws for marble/granite
- Knowledge of G-code programming (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of stone materials and cutting techniques
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in marble, granite, or stone industry (preferred)
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge may be considered for junior roles
Working Conditions
- Work in factory/workshop environment with exposure to dust and machinery noise
- Must follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
