Job Summary
Tirupati Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with experience in the pipes and fittings industry. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers. The role involves market research, sales support, competitor analysis, customer relationship management, and business development across our complete range of building materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our range of PVC, CPVC, UPVC, SWR, HDPE, and plumbing products.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and project customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis, monitor market trends, pricing, and new product launches.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Source products that customers require, even if they are outside our regular inventory.
- Work closely with the sales and purchase teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Visit the market regularly to expand the customer base and strengthen existing relationships.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in pipes, fittings, plumbing, electrical, or building materials.
- Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare sales reports and market intelligence reports.
- Knowledge of competitor brands and pricing.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to travel for market visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
