*Job Purpose*
We’re looking for a creative and driven *Designer & Marketing Executive* who can handle both visual design and business growth. The ideal candidate should be able to create *2D and 3D designs*, identify the right drawing ideas for projects, and also drive marketing efforts to bring in new clients and opportunities.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Design Responsibilities:*
- Create high-quality *2D and 3D designs* for products, presentations, and client projects
- *Identify the right drawings, concepts, and design ideas* based on briefs
- Use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Deliver concepts, drafts, and final designs on time with attention to detail
*Marketing Responsibilities:*
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for DIMENSIONS
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline
- Manage social media, brochures, and promotional materials with your own designs
- Build and maintain client relationships to support sales targets
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs
*Requirements*
- 1-3 years experience in *Design and Marketing* preferred
- Strong portfolio in *both 2D and 3D design*
- Ability to *identify the right drawings and translate ideas into visuals*
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in design software + basic knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated, creative, and target-driven
- Degree/Diploma in Design, Marketing, BBA, or related field
