VMC/CNC Turning Setter/ Programmer/ Operator
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate VMC/CNC machines
- Operate & Program VMC machines .
- Manual/CAM programming + G & M codes editing
- Fixture setup, tool offset, work offset, job setting
- Read & interpret engineering drawings
- Measure & inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge etc.
- Run CNC programs and monitor the machining process
- Read drawings and maintain dimensions
- Check components using measuring instruments
- Follow safety and housekeeping rules
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma/BE (Mechanical / CNC)
- 2–10 years experience in VMC/CNC Turning setting & operation
- Location - Periyanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore
