Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Admissions & Enrolment
- Develop and implement admission marketing strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
- Generate and nurture admission leads through various marketing channels.
- Conduct school tours and admission counseling for prospective parents.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
2. Brand Building & Promotion
- Enhance the school's brand visibility and reputation.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and awareness programs.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage the school's website and social media platforms.
- Create and coordinate digital campaigns, online advertisements, and content marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
4. Events & Outreach
- Organize open houses, education fairs, school events, and community engagement programs.
- Build relationships with local communities, corporates, and educational partners.
- Coordinate promotional activities to increase school visibility.
5. Market Research & Analysis
- Track competitor activities, fee structures, and market trends.
- Analyze admission data and prepare reports on lead generation and conversion rates.
- Recommend strategies to improve market positioning.
6. Communication & Relationship Management
- Maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for marketing initiatives.
- Handle parent inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
7. Budget & Vendor Management (primarily for Marketing Manager)
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, printers, and digital marketing vendors.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics.
