Job Description
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will be a critical final line of defense in our data collection process. Your primary mission is to ensure that every survey we launch is technically sound, ethically compliant, and aligned with our clients’ strategic goals. You will act as the bridge between technical execution and client expectations, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance & Technical Testing
Link Integrity: Rigorously test online surveys to ensure all logic paths lead to the correct destination and that end-of-survey redirects function perfectly.
Data Privacy & Compliance: Audit surveys to guarantee zero collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and ensure no sensitive questions violate our internal standards or regional privacy laws.
Content Alignment: Verify that the survey wording, length, and subject matter strictly match the original project scope and client quote.
- Stakeholder Liaison & Communication
Client Management: Directly communicate with clients to report testing feedback. You will be responsible for clearly explaining required changes and ensuring those updates are implemented before the survey goes live.
Internal Synergy: Collaborate closely with Project Managers to keep timelines on track and consult with the Sales Team to ensure the final product meets the promised deliverables.
