MEP Estimation & Planning Engineer

Experience: 8-15 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
We are seeking a skilled MEP Estimation & Planning Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project planning activities for MEP projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender analysis, project scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates.
- Conduct rate analysis and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Develop project schedules, work programs, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Analyze project performance against planned milestones.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for project planning.
- Prepare progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and management MIS reports.
- Support tendering, budgeting, and project cost control activities.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, estimation, and project planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
- Experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and scheduling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
