Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own the execution and optimization of our paid media strategy. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with a primary focus on driving high-quality leads/sales while maintaining an efficient ROAS and CAC.
The ideal candidate doesn't just "set and forget" campaigns but lives in the data, constantly testing new hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies to outperform previous benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Execution
- Meta Ads: Full-funnel management including Prospecting, Retargeting, and Retention. Expert use of Advantage+ campaigns, CAPI (Conversion API), and manual bidding.
- Google Ads: Strategy and setup for Search (PPC), Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns.
- Budgeting: Manage and pace monthly budgets, ensuring zero spend wastage.
2. Optimization & Testing
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR) and make real-time adjustments to bids and budgets.
- Analyze the "Creative Strategy"—identifying which hooks and formats (UGC, static, carousel) are driving the best performance.
3. Tracking & Analytics
- Ensure 100% accuracy in tracking using GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and platform pixels.
- Build and maintain automated performance dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio or AgencyAnalytics).
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights, not just raw numbers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads (Agency background preferred).
- Platform Mastery: Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Editor.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in setting up conversion tracking, custom events, and understanding attribution models.
- Analytical Mindset: Expert-level skills in Google Sheets/Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to slice and dice data.
- Creative Eye: Ability to write compelling ad copy and provide data-backed briefs to the design team.
Preferred "Bonus" Skills
- Experience with other platforms (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Amazon Advertising).
- Certifications: Google Ads Search/Display/Video and Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
- Familiarity with Landing Page builders (Unbounce, Instapage) and CRO principles.
