- Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop recruitment strategies, manage the full hiring cycle, and facilitate employee onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, resolve disputes, and manage employee grievances.
- Performance & Training: Design performance appraisal systems and identify training needs.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and update company policies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation structures and benefits administration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
