Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Meet performance targets such as response time and resolution rate
