Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in managing the classroom
- Support children in their daily learning activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment
- Encourage independence and positive behavior among children
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Good spoken English skills
- Prior experience working with children is preferred
- Passionate about working with children with a genuine love and care
- Physically fit to actively engage with young children
- Willing to undergo Montessori training
- Ready to commit for a minimum of 3 years
- Disciplined, sincere, and hardworking
