Roles/Responsibility
- Hands on Good Experience on Windows OS 7/8.1/10, Windows Server., O365,Active directory, Group policy ,User creation etc.
- Hands on Desktop, Laptop, Printer Installation and Hardware Troubleshooting.
- Hands on configuration of router ,Firewall.
- Coordinate with Vendors for Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Operating System, Network Connectivity, Antivirus issue.
- Handle Office Internet issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft teams, Skype for Business, CISCO WebEx, Skype ,Polycom for business for Video Conferencing.
- Virtualization: VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Managing the installation and configuration part of all standard software & system as per the Company policy.
- Responsible to provide end to end solution on daily basic technical issues of Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Windows, LAN and Wi-Fi Network.
- Installation of Disk Quotas, Backup and Restore. Configure access to Shared Folders. Resolve e-mail related issue (MS Outlook,) Mail & Backup and Restore
- Backup of Servers, Router, Firewall.
- Knowledge of Linux & its configuration.
