About the Role
We are launching a high-growth 90-day consistency challenge for a Football Shorts/Reels channel. We are looking for highly motivated, passionate football fans who are skilled in short-form video editing. If you watch football daily, understand trending clips, and know how to hook an audience in under 50 seconds, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and find high-quality, non-watermarked, trending football match footage (skills, goals, drama, and news).
Create engaging 45–50 second edits for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
Apply smooth transitions, color grading, trending audio, and highly engaging dynamic subtitles/captions.
Ensure content bypasses copyright detection systems through creative editing techniques.
Maintain a strict delivery schedule to support our daily publishing streak.
Workload Details:
Deliver 4 to 5 high-quality shorts per week (Approx. 16 videos a month).
Flexible working hours (Work from anywhere, anytime, as long as deadlines are met).
Requirements:
Must be a football enthusiast: You should know current football trends, players (Messi, Ronaldo, Haaland, Vinicius, etc.), and major leagues.
Proficiency in mobile or desktop editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or VN Editor).
Ability to find and source raw match footage independently via Telegram, cloud drives, or other resources.
Prior experience making sports or gaming edits is a huge plus.
Growth Opportunity:
This is a 4-month probation period. Once the channel hits its growth and monetization targets, you will be promoted to a permanent role with a significantly higher industry retainer. This is a perfect opportunity for college students or freshers to build a massive, real-world social media portfolio.
