Job Description – Sales Coordination Manager
Commercial Interior Design & Fit-Out
Position Summary
The Sales Coordination Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, assigning tasks, monitoring daily activities, tracking performance, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The role acts as a bridge between management and the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of business development activities and effective client follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and manage all sales executives and sales coordinators.
- Assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to team members.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide guidance to improve performance.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and accountability within the sales department.
Sales Operations
- Manage the sales pipeline and track all leads, inquiries, and opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on prospects and clients.
- Monitor proposal submissions, quotations, and client communications.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, QS, Procurement, and Project teams to support sales activities.
- Review and approve sales reports before submission to management.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Collect and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports from sales team members.
- Prepare consolidated sales performance reports for management.
- Monitor target achievement and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Track conversion ratios, lead status, and business development activities.
Business Development Support
- Assist in developing sales strategies and market expansion plans.
- Support key client meetings and negotiations.
- Ensure proper customer relationship management and client satisfaction.
Qualification
- Master of Business Administration Specialized in Marketing,
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Business Development, or Sales Management.
- Experience in Commercial Interior Design and Fit-Out projects is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong reporting, planning, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of commercial interior projects and sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
