Position Overview:-
Role: Manager – Accounts & Finance
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 8+ Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing sector highly preferred
Specific Requirements:-
In-depth knowledge of core accounting, Indian taxation (GST/TDS), and statutory compliances.
Advanced proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Proven ability to independently coordinate and close statutory & internal audits.
Strong leadership, analytical, and professional communication skills.
Added Advantage: Working knowledge of IND AS.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle end-to-end AP, AR, GL, payroll processing, and operational costing.
Prepare financial statements, detailed MIS reports, and variance analysis.
Manage GST, TDS, taxation frameworks, and meticulous bank reconciliations.
Support budgeting, financial planning, inventory valuation, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
