Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key clients in Indore. The ideal candidate will focus on client retention, revenue growth, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5–6 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
