Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing company revenue through field and/or institutional sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Promote company products/services to potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market visits, cold calls, and follow-ups
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up
Order & Reporting
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management
- Coordinate with operations/dispatch for timely delivery
- Maintain customer database and sales records
Market Intelligence
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Suggest pricing, promotional offers, and sales strategies
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / sales reporting
- Ability to work in the field and handle pressure
