Job Title: Manager – Inventory & P2P Operations
Organization: DoctorC
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Objective
We are looking for an Inventory Specialist who lives and breathes data. You will be the primary
person responsible for ensuring that what we order, what we receive, and what we pay for are in
perfect 100% alignment. This role is a mix of physical inventory control and digital financial
reconciliation.
Core Responsibilities
1. The "3-Way Match" (Procure-to-Pay)
● Daily Reconciliation: Perform rigorous matching of Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery
Challans (DC), and Vendor Invoices.
● Discrepancy Investigation: If a vendor bills for 100 units but we received 98, you are
responsible for flagging the error, documenting the shortage, and ensuring we are not
overcharged.
● Payment Clearance: Maintain a "clean" list of verified invoices ready for the finance
team to process.
2. Advanced Inventory Control
● FEFO Protocol: Manage medical consumables and reagents using First-Expired,
First-Out (FEFO) to ensure zero wastage.
● Cold Chain Monitoring: Oversights of temperature-sensitive stock to ensure clinical
quality standards are met.
● Stock Audits: Conduct weekly physical stock counts to verify that the "System Stock"
matches the "Physical Stock."
3. Excel & Reporting
● Master Tracker: Own the master Excel sheet tracking batch numbers, expiry dates, and
unit costs.
● Vendor Benchmarking: Log vendor lead times and paperwork accuracy to help the
procurement team decide which suppliers are most reliable.
Candidate Profile
● Experience: 2–4 years in Inventory, Store-keeping, or Accounts Payable (Retail,
Pharma, or Diagnostics preferred).
● Excel Skills (Testable): You must be fast and accurate with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,
Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting (for expiry alerts).
● The "Detective" Mindset: You take pride in finding small errors that others miss. You
are naturally skeptical of paperwork until it is verified.
● Languages: Functional written English (for emails/POs) and fluency in Telugu and
Hindi (for communicating with local vendors and warehouse staff).
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
