We are seeking a motivated Admission Counsellor to assist prospective students through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will provide guidance, answer inquiries, and support students in selecting the right programs, ensuring a smooth application process and a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise prospective students on program options, application requirements, and deadlines.
- Help students complete and submit their applications accurately and on time.
- Track and follow up with leads, maintaining a strong communication channel throughout the admissions process.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations, webinars, and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- 0-1 Year experience
