We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Post job openings on various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and orientation for new hires.
- Manage exit processes including documentation and exit interviews.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Build and maintain a positive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution.
- Plan engagement activities and initiatives.
4. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist in payroll coordination and compliance processes.
5. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
- Track employee performance and provide insights to management.
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports.
7. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support employee growth and skill development initiatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
