- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Help parents choose baby, kids, and maternity products.
- Explain product features, offers, discounts, and benefits.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Handle billing and point-of-sale (POS) operations.
- Manage stock, inventory checking, and product arrangement.
- Assist in receiving new shipments and updating stock records.
- Build good relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Stay updated about new products, trends, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints politely and provide solutions.
- Support team members in store operations and sales activities.
