We’re Hiring: IT HR Executive
We are not looking for someone who only manages attendance, documentation, and general HR operations. We need an HR professional who understands technical roles, technology stacks, and the skills required to hire the right people for a software development company.
Position: IT HR Executive
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Work Mode: On-site
Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
✅ Source and screen candidates for software development, AI, sales, QA, design, and business roles
✅ Understand technical requirements before shortlisting candidates
✅ Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interview rounds
✅ Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leaves, and HR operations
✅ Coordinate performance reviews, employee engagement, payroll inputs, and exit formalities
✅ Handle employee relations, workplace concerns, and HR policy implementation
✅ Work closely with management and technical teams on workforce planning
Technical Hiring Knowledge Required
The ideal candidate should understand the fundamentals of roles and technologies such as:
- Flutter, React Native, Android and iOS development
- React.js, Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript
- Python, Java and Spring Boot
- UI/UX design and Quality Assurance
- DevOps, AWS, Azure and cloud technologies
- AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents and Generative AI
- Business Analysis, Project Management and IT Sales
You do not need to be a developer, but you must be able to understand technical requirements, evaluate candidate profiles, ask relevant screening questions, and differentiate between suitable and unsuitable candidates.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT or software development company
✔ Strong experience in technical recruitment and complete HR operations
✔ Good understanding of software development roles and technology stacks
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements
✔ Proactive, organised and employee-focused approach
