Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Sales Representative to drive business growth in the FMCG and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) segment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident in building lasting customer relationships, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Visit retail stores, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other HoReCa clients on a regular basis.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Present products, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, deliveries, and customer support.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Represent the company professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of the FMCG and HoReCa industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales goals.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food distribution, or HoReCa sales is an advantage; however, motivated candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
