Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on expertise in lead generation, brand building, and paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, visibility, and market presence.
- Create, manage, and optimize lead generation funnels across digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create high-performing campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify new growth opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to support business expansion.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record in running successful lead generation campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Prior experience in SaaS, IT Services, HR Tech, or Startup ecosystem will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
