About the Role
Wizr is looking to hire dynamic and results-driven professionals for its Business Development team. We are seeking experienced candidates who are passionate about sales, lead generation, and building strong client relationships in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and engagement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, SDR, BDR, or Assistant BDM roles.
- Experience in the IT industry or related sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Business Development or Sales is mandatory.
- Candidates willing to work in a hybrid model from the Kochi office.
