About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist for an E-learning platform, responsible for driving user acquisition, lead generation, and campaign performance across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute & optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Drive lead generation for courses / student enrollments
- Manage end-to-end funnel (awareness → conversion → retention)
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Pixel, GA4)
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages
- Optimize campaigns for CAC, CPL, ROAS
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Coordinate with content & design team for ad creatives
- Analyze campaign performance & prepare reports
Required Skills & Tools
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads & YouTube Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of lead funnels, landing pages & conversion optimization
- Experience in EdTech / course selling / lead generation campaigns (preferred)
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with CRM tools / lead management
- Basic knowledge of SEO & email marketing
- Understanding of student behavior & online learning trends
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
