About the Role
Digi Sidekick is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Associate who can bridge creativity with performance. If you have experience developing UGC concepts, creative strategies, and high-converting ad creatives for D2C brands, this role is for you.
You will work closely with the Performance Marketing, Design, and Video teams to ideate, plan, and execute content that drives engagement, conversions, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies for paid social campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms.
- Ideate and create high-performing UGC concepts, ad angles, hooks, scripts, and storyboards.
- Research competitors, market trends, and consumer insights to generate winning creative ideas.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, creators, and performance marketers to execute campaigns.
- Analyze creative performance and optimize content based on campaign insights and key metrics.
- Build and maintain a repository of winning creatives, hooks, and content frameworks.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior.
- Ensure brand consistency while creating performance-driven content.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Creative Strategy, or UGC Marketing.
- Hands-on experience working with D2C brands (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of UGC content, performance creatives, and consumer psychology.
- Experience writing creative briefs, ad copies, hooks, scripts, and campaign concepts.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into better-performing creatives.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and performance marketing fundamentals.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools for content ideation and workflow enhancement.
- Experience working with influencers or UGC creators.
