Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with experience in Air Conditioning and HVAC project sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, handling client relationships, and providing technical solutions for HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in HVAC / Air Conditioning segment
- Handle end-to-end project sales including enquiry generation, site visits, and closing deals
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and end clients
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for design, execution, and project delivery
- Participate in tendering and bidding processes
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ducting)
- Experience in project sales / B2B sales
- Good understanding of heat load calculation and system selection
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients and close deals independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC
