About the Role:
We are looking for skilled and compassionate Staff Nurses & EMT-Paramedic to join our Ward and Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, quick decision-making ability, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide professional nursing care to patients in the ward and emergency unit.
· Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and administer prescribed medications.
· Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
· Ensure proper documentation and maintain nursing reports accurately.
· Follow infection control practices and comply with NABH standards.
· Provide emotional support and education to patients and their attendants.
· Maintain readiness to handle emergency cases promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
. ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / EMT Paramedic.
· Valid Nursing Council Registration (Tamil Nadu preferred).
· 1–3 years of experience in Ward or Emergency Department in a reputed hospital.
· Freshers with hospital training experience may also apply.
