Accounting & Finance
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, credit notes, and billing documents.
- Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as per GST requirements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and daily transactions.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate regularly with the company's Chartered Accountant (CA) for accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
- Visit CA office, banks, government offices, or vendors whenever required for official work.
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office management.
- Support management with operational and administrative requirements.
Requirements
- B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Experience in generating GST E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metal products will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
